Jesus Name Exalted
The prophetic word given through Isaiah says, "Give thanks to the LORD, call on His name; make known among the nations what he has done, AND proclaim that His name is exalted."
Christ was given the name Jesus and Heb. 1:4 tells us that Jesus, "Jesus became as much superior to the angels as the NAME HE HAS INHERITED is superior to theirs". Jesus has inherited the Father's name. Jesus has been made both LORD and Christ.
Acts 2:36 - Therefore let all Israel be assured of this: God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ.
Jesus was made by the Father to be LORD. This is something God Himself chose to do. Ph. 2:9,10 says, "Therefore God exalted Him to the highest place and gave Him THE NAME that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is LORD, to the glory of God the Father." Christ's place in the heavenlies is "far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, AND every title that can be given, not only in the present age but also in the one to come," (Eph.1:21).
There is no greater name than the one given to Jesus.
