"LORD" Has Been Uniquely Translated
The use of the word "LORD" in most translations of the Bible spelled with all CAPITAL letters is the word the Bible translators used to substitute for the Hebrew name Jehovah. When ever you come across the word "LORD" spelled with all capital letters it is referring to Jehovah.
The American Standard Version of the Bible has replaced the all capital letter word "LORD" with the name "Jehovah".
The name "Jehovah" or "LORD" is always related in some way to the redemptive purposes of God for fallen humanity.
